Our movie projector is vital to our mission as a nonprofit, community-focused center for the performing arts. Our current projector is over 15 years old, outdated and on its last legs! With your help, we’re looking to purchase a new 4K laser projector with increased resolution and three times the brightness.
Your contribution helps improve current projector uses:
- Holland Presents Free Movie Series of classic films
- Fulfillment of artists’ requirements for projection at concerts and other events
- Private screenings for employee appreciation and business events
- Collaborations with organizations such as RTC, the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, and BIS to show movies for their clients, students, and the larger community
We’re also dreaming of what we could offer with updated equipment:
- Community watch parties for away OSU football games
- Premieres of locally produced films
- More movies! Perhaps a chance to re-live a childhood memory or a special date at the Holland?
- More opportunities for partner nonprofits to bring the magic of movies at the Holland to the next generation
