* On event dates, the Box Office in the theater lobby opens one hour prior to the performance.

Ticket Refund Policy

All tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged.

Tickets to Holland Presents and Windmill Production events may be donated back to the Holland for a tax-deductible donation receipt by calling the Box Office at 937-592-9002.

For canceled events, no action is required to receive your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.

Beware of Ticketing Scams!

To avoid ticketing scams, be sure you purchase tickets to Holland events only through the Holland (in person at the Box Office, by phone 937-592-9002, or online at TheHolland.org).

Other third-party ticketing websites and vendors are not authorized to sell tickets to Holland events, and we cannot guarantee validity, refund, or otherwise be responsible for tickets purchased through other unauthorized sources. *Due to the popularity of our events, Facebook is also a hotspot for ticketing scams with users attempting to sell fake tickets to our events. We’ve all seen the posts on our events: “I’m unable to go and have 4 tickets for sale. DM me if interested.”

We suggest: If you don’t know the person, don’t buy tickets from them.

Accessibility

Accessibility for all patrons is a priority at the Holland. We offer both wheelchair-accessible seating (there is no actual chair, but a spot for a wheelchair) and companion seating for all events on the main floor. We also provide wheelchair accessible restrooms.

A free wireless assistive listening system is available for checkout in our lobby, and additionally, we have a Hearing Loop system that works with t-coil (telecoil) technology in hearing devices. Many hearing aids are equipped with a telecoil (t-coil) technology and may require activation by your hearing professional.

Group Tickets

If you have a group of 10 or more, contact the Box Office for discounted pricing.

Youth Tickets

A limited number of discounted tickets are available for youth ages 17 and under for most Holland Presents events (subject to availability). Contact the Box Office for more information.

Rescheduled Events

If a show needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify ticket holders via email and/or by phone and post on our website and social media. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to confirm the performance date prior to the originally scheduled date. Tickets purchased for the original date will be valid for the new date.

Does My Child Need a Ticket?

Due to fire code, ALL people attending shows need a ticket. However, if your child plans to sit in your lap for the duration of the performance, you may buy them the lowest-priced ticket available.

Ticketing Fees

We do everything yo keep our ticketing fees to a minimum for our patrons. Current fees as listed on your receipt include:

Hometown fee: $1 per ticket (ticketing service)
Other: Historic Preservation Fee of $1 per ticket (except for free events)
Payment Processing: when paying by card, a 2.9% transaction fee is included
